COALITION
-
MFA has assembled a coalition of more than 90 secular and faith-based participating organizations, including Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim and Sikh organizations, committed to responding to the crisis.
HUMANITARIAN RELIEF
-
Working with our partners in the region, MFA has been instrumental in bringing about a new channel of relief through which desperately needed supplies are now being delivered to Quneitra, Daraa, and beyond – hard-to-reach areas in southern Syria that have been the site of significant conflict, and where deliveries are reaching a population of 1.5 million people. To date, MFA has facilitated the delivery of more than $87 million of relief, including clothing, blankets, food, sanitary items, medications, medical equipment, medical supplies – and even four ambulances.
-
MFA has raised millions of dollars in cooperation with JDC for Syrian refugee relief and support services.
RAISING AWARENESS
-
MFA has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Jerusalem Post.
-
MFA has reached more than 11,000 people through public events and briefings to humanitarian, civic, and government bodies in the EU, UK, U.S., Canada, and Israel.
